Hi,
On March *, ****, at *:** p.m., I ordered veg biriyani from Biriyani By Kg, and it was delivered by *:** p.m. When I opened that food, it was totally stale; the entire plate of vegetables on that biriyani was rotten, and it was literally giving off a rotten smell, so I couldn't eat. So at that moment, I reported a quality issue with the food; in there, I uploaded the image of the food, and I told them that the entire food smells like rotten, stale food, and the vegetables are also rotten.
After that, the chat bot gave me a token of apology with a coupon for Rs ** for the affected item, whereas I had paid Rs *** for that stale food. So I didn't accept that, and I went to email for resolution.
On email, I told them the entire incident, and I also attached each and every proof that was needed, and I asked for a complete refund.
After that, I received a mail from Swiggy, and on that mail, the same thing happened: they provided me with a coupon of Rs **.
So I mailed them again and said that I don't want any coupons; I want a complete refund. Because I have done nothing wrong, what will I do with a perfect amount of food whose quality is totally spoiled?
Again, they are providing me a coupon of Rs **.
This is not done; my total money was wasted; I couldn't eat that food; I was starving at that time; that's why I had to order again from a different brand.
It's really painful when you are paying Rs *** for food and receiving bad quality food that you can't eat at all.
I am requesting that you please go through it and refund my money.
