I had booked a supper table for * adults and * children at Westin Gurgaon Hotel through Club Marriott (Executive name Ms. Priya, affirmation attached for your prepared reference ) on **/**/**** for my family to enjoy a sweet Valentines dinner. On **/**/****, we arrived at Hotel around *:** PM and moved toward the Restaurant Seasonal Taste and F&B Manager present there named Ms. Amrita that we have a booking finished with Club Marriott, her first answer was "Mam we are not accepting any Club Marriott booking today on Valentines " . I revealed to her that I have an affirmation message (Attached alongside this mail too) from Club Marriott and indicated Ms Amrita the equivalent. She took the contact details of the Club Marriott official Ms Priya (Mobile number - **********) and summoned her compose, Ms. Priya on telephone affirmed her that yes she affirmed me the booking after counseling Mr. Akshit of Club Marriott who works at Westin Gurgaon as it were.
