I have Purchased Realme X* (*GB + *** GB) on **th December ****. It was dead and submitted to service center on *nd November, ****. There is no response from Service center and Realme. Service center assured me to fix my mobile within ** days. But the parts of the product which is need to be shipped but is not initiated yet (**th Nov ****). I was filed a complaint against service center to realme care, Which is also given me no response. I totally disappointed and visited to service center, they treated me rudely. I have attached the proof of my mobile invoice and service job card details herewith.
