- Complaint against Renault car service centre Open
Last year **** i have gone to this service center for car service, they have put car horn and hazard light in my car alongwith service without my permission, but hazard light and horn was ok before car service, and at the time of billing they offered me that we will give you Rs**** discount and a car wash complimentary to you on next service or next visit. but yesterday **-**-**** when i reached there for car service and at the time of billing, i have shown the last year bill that have the offer (Rs **** discount) in written on that bill but the manager (Ms. Sushma Sharma) denied and so much miss behave with me and she don't returned my old bill to me and after that i called to renault customer care (Ref no.*********, ******** ) number then she denied to talk with them also and miss behave with me again (you can see all the things in their CCTV) .
Please provide the following to me:
*) Last year bill , on that bill everything(Rs **** offer proof ) written by manager,
*) Rs **** should be credited to my bank account.
*) The Service Manager (Ms. Sushma Sharma) should apologize to me for misbehaving .
