Renault - disappointment of service due to met accident

My self Ranjeet kumar Choudhary . I am a Banker . I have my own vehicle Renault Duster BR**DF- **** is the registration no of my vehicle. My vehicle met accident during lockdown dt **-**-****. We have immediately lodged complain with Insurance company Tata Aig Ins Co. On advise of Insurance company we have left our vehicle to Rnault Duster service centre CRP square through Road side assistance service. After two month passed and we got deliver our vehicle . When we received our vehicle we have earlier planed that we have to go our native place Bihar patna. So we have started our journey with our vehicle. and reached patna dt ** july ****. After long run of vehicle we started again from patna to seikhpura to meet my family. journey started in evening so when we switched on head light of the vehicle we feel it is not properly adjusted and light beam is falling just infront of vehicle . so we cann't see without proper light in vehicle . and hurriedly we met accident again. Due to not proper adjustment of head light . At the time of accident we are with my family member . In the accident our vehicle left side fender damaged and left side mirror broken due to damage of left side fender our vehicle left door was not opening . But we have no any option and we started again to drive with lots of risks . Because of nearby no any garage available . Finally we reached at home . Now next morning we have carry our vehicle to nearest garage in seikhpura . there we have temporary pumped our bended fender of the vehicle than left side door was started working. than garage reported us sir one of your tyre was damaged badly because of not proper alignment of wheel. when we tell them for alignment of wheel they reported us one of the wheel nut is missing, And they have not available such type of nut .and also alignment was not possible because of some parts was missing and they have not available. So they adjusted at they level best. In this period we have noticed one of left side fog light was also missing and mud guard inside the fender was also missing. In this condition we have returned Odisha at my posting place and lodged complain again with Tata Aig Ins. Co. We have explained the matter with insurance company . They told us sir you give your vehicle again we will assist you and advise us this is Service centre fault so kindly talk with service centre. So we have talked with service manager Mr. Soumya pradhan they assure us we will solve all your vehicle problem kindly give your vehicle again. So due to lack of time I have decided to repaired our vehicle again at CRP Square Renault show room. But again that service centre has cheated us and deliver our vehicle after two month . And service engineer soumya pradhan told us every thing we have repaired only one of the wheel nut not fitted due to some measure problem in wheel so some little bubbling will happen in wheel which parts is not available and approximetly cost is ** to ** thousand . This new issue started in my vehicle which is not earlier before handed over the vehicle to the service centre, So my mind striked and we have escaped from that type of cheated service centre.
So I request you to kindly cancel the dealership and permission obtain to run the showroom and service centre of CRP Square Renault showroom and service centre.
And compensate our claim amount to proper service our vehicle at another service centre. And At the time of journey to bihar we met accident with my family due to non proper serviced my vehicle. If any mishappening has happened than who is resposible for them.
