Dear Sirs
We would bring to your kind notice how Ranault NOIDA is fleecing its customers and Renault keeps a blind eye despite the desperate customer has send them more than **** Email reminders .
Our vehicle was delivered to the Renault service centre at Noida , UP on Dec ** ****. Even after waiting for more than ** days and regular follow ups ( the mail trial can be provided ) , the vehicle has not been rectified and delay is for some new reason each day provided by the service manager team at Renault .
The delay has amounted to mental torture and financial loss due to providing alternative travel arrangements. It’s been a disaster and a horrendous experience which continues till date .
Is this how a French auto major handles its customers in India ?
Is this the way they would handle customers globally or is this racial discrimination??
