Renault - Warranty not covered

Dear sir i have purchased * yr extended warranty along with brand warranty (*+*) from renault on aug **** but recently my vehicle met with accident on **th sep **** & got repaired by bodyshop on **st sep'** through royal sundaram insurance thereafter some diagnosis service team found that ac not working due to ecu may be affected after accident & not covered under warranty but my question is that where is my fault when i have paid for extended warranty as well as insurance and paying regular for maintenance for vehicle as per company guidelines pls help me i won't pay extra amount when extended warranty is Active
