- Complaint against Goibibo lady agent Open
This complaint is in against a dumb lady agent.
I called on ** Aug ****, regarding a query on how to get the amount of train tickets that I'm going to lose because of flight cancellation.
My query was: Initially, My flight was on ** Nov ****, because of that I booked my train tickets. Now flight is rescheduled by Ukraine airways only on ** Nov ****.
In response to it, that lady agent was telling something else. She wasted my ** minutes and didn't able to understand my issue. She denied to give me my ticket/case number so that I can contact someone else. She denied forwarding my call to a supervisor. I told her not to put me on hold but she put me on hold. Without giving resolution to me she dropped the call.
Now Goibibo team, please contact me ASAP to resolve my query and please let me know are you going to take any action on that super dumb lady agent. (Second last agent who picked by called.)
Else please let me know when we need to meet in court.
