Hi,
I had purchased a pair of shoes from the website Ajio luxe. (Order no.FN**********)
After receiving the order I found that the quality of shoes were not as per the picture shown on the website so I placed a return request. I got a mail from them stating that their courier partner will pick up the order from the residence. I placed a return request on **/**/****. After * days I got a message from ajio that the courier person will pick the order on **/**/****. Nobody came to pick the order or even called me and they updated the status as attempt was made but they did not find anyone at home. Next day again I got a message from ajio that they will make another attempt to pick the order but again they didn’t turn up and updated the status as attempt failed. Since then this has happened * times. They say they have attempted * times and all the * times they couldn’t connect with me or nobody was there at home to handover the order to them. I spoke to the Ajio customer care multiple times also wrote an email to them about the whole incidence but they just keep on saying that they will take action and soon the issue will get resolved but it doesn’t seem that ways. They also replied to my email( complaint No. COM***********) saying that it’ll get resolved by **/**/**** but nobody called or came to pick the order. I’m just trying to chase them and these people are just not bothered atall. Every time they just just ask for more time and say that they are working on it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
