Veena world - Company is not refunding amount paid against cancelled Tour
Sachin Vasantrao Kokare filed complaint against Veena world on May 24, 2020
I had paid Rs.*,**,***/- for Tour booking of * People (All family members) to Veena World. Trip got Cancelled and they are not providing full refund of cancelled trip.
They are initially said **% of deductions but not provided any evidences/supporting on which basis they are charging **% deductions. nowadays they are even not replying on mails and phones. we constantly denying the non acceptance of veena world's cancellation policy but they are enforcing it again and again.
