Hello,
On **th June **** i tried booking a room in OYO ***** Hotel BSR Grand and also tried paying the amount through my Google pay account. At that time payment was not successful and even the booking with payment due status was not getting reflected in my oyo account.....For the clarification I have called oyo call center people....They said your booking is not successful and if any amount we are going to receive pertaining to this book, the same will be refunded to you. Later from their end they made other booking for my stay......I have checked by google pay account for three days and it was showing payment is under processing.....Also I checked my oyo account for two days and the subject booking was not getting reflected in my account......As I checked my google pay account today, it is saying payment is successful.....Also i checked my oyo account and it is showing i have checked out from the hotel even though i have not checked in ....My hotel stay is from **th june ****, **:pm to *st July **** ** pm. And till *rd july , i could not find the subject booking in my oyo application. Even though the company had received my amount after few days of my booking date, company is denying for refund.
