Had made a booking * month ago through OYO but the booking was canceled on the date of check-in and they said they will give another room instead of the older one.But for the next room they said i had pay **k+ than the total amount of previous booking.Due to which i did not checked-in.There was no any response from the customer care and at last i had to call for my prepaid amount refund.The refund process was tedious.They kept me hold for hours and at last agreed to refund in ** days .But its more than that now but i have not received refund.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
