I have booked a room through oyo app rs ***. But when i am arrived to the hotel at the last moment they cancelled my booking . Oyo team have forwarded to another hotel but they are also not accepting for the payment commited by oyo i was totally flutureated and made a manual booking on hotel essential residency nolambur chennai For RS ****. I dont know what the problem with the oyo and hotel persons . But they are making the customers to suffer . this is my single visit . Let us think when someone going with family and kids . Is it possible to file a Complaint and get a compensation for this.
