I had been living in Colive Alpha, Green Glen Layout, Bellandur from Sept **** to Dec ****. At the start of my stay, they had taken ***** security depoist, saying that I will get back the deposit after cutting * days rent when leaving the PG. A few days after my period of stay got over, I received a settlement email from Colive in which they had cut an additional **** from deposit for electricity charges of last month, which itself is a scam as in the * months before my monthly electricity bill was never more than ****. However, the ***** that I was owed after cutting all these charges has still not been returned. I have raised multiple tickets on their app but there is no response. The person who had contacted me at the time of taking the PG does not answer any calls or messages. It been almost * months since I have vacated the PG but security deposit has still not been returned.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
