Colive - Colive is not refunding me the booking and deposit amount

I am yet to receive Rs *****/-
Property Name: Colive Plano, Jayanagar, Bangalore
I booked a room, i.e., room no *** on the third floor. At the time of moving in, the management informed me that room no *** is occupied, and I was allotted a different room i.e., room no ***. Here comes the issue.
Firstly, the service promised at the time of booking is not delivered.
Secondly, the allotted room was much smaller, unhygienic, and had safety issues.
So now I request that they refund me the whole amount as I have not availed of the services and I have not moved in at Colive Plano.

It has been more than ** days since the colive team has not updated anything regarding the issue.
Kindly note, the salesperson who assisted me while making the booking was Sumit Chanda. And now, when I try to contact him to help me with the refund, he refuses to make any contact over the phone or email. Also, please note that at the time of booking, he was aware of the non-availability of room ***.
