I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Colive. I had made a booking for accommodation from September **th to October **th. Regrettably, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I am in need of immediate resolution.
Here is a summary of the issues I have encountered:
When I initially booked, I paid INR **** as booking charges.
Lack of Availability: Despite notifying your representative that I would be arriving at * am with my *-year-old daughter, there was no room available at the specified address provided by Colive. Attempts to reach the contact person were unsuccessful, leaving me stranded at * am. Consequently, I had to book an alternative hotel room for INR **** per night.
Inadequate Response Time: It was not until ** am the next morning that your representative contacted me and informed me that a new PG was being arranged due to the unavailability of the previous one.
Limited Booking Duration: Upon reaching the new PG, I was informed by the owner that bookings could only be made for ** days due to the middle of the month, even though I had originally booked from September **th to October **th. I had to pay INR **,*** for the **-day stay.
Unresponsive Regarding Extension: I am now trying to extend my stay for an additional * days, consistent with my original booking dates. However, I have not received any positive response or assistance from your representative.
This entire experience has been extremely distressing and inconvenient for me and my daughter. I kindly request the following actions to resolve these issues:
Extension of Stay: I require assistance in extending my stay for the additional * days as initially planned.
Clear Communication: Improved communication and transparency regarding booking details and policies for future customers to prevent similar issues.
I believe that addressing these concerns promptly and satisfactorily is in the best interest of both parties. I kindly request that you respond to this email at your earliest convenience and take immediate steps to resolve these matters.
