I had booked a flight on Feb ** **** for the Flight Srilankan Airlines from (Mumbai to Male) scheduled on March **th **** (Trip ID: ************) via Cleartrip and paid ** k for four passengers. The flight got cancelled due to COVID situation on **th /**th March before travel date and I got a message saying flight got cancelled .

Since then I have been chasing Cleartrip with the booking reference # ************ to process my full refund amount.

This is clear full refund case as scheduled flight on **th March got cancelled one day prior and I got a message saying the scheduled flight has got cancelled.
After that I had been rasing request and trying to connect with cleartrip - they are just sending automated emails that we are in process of refunding your amount - they had given *-* dates for the refund process but unfortunately it is still not refunded yet.
I am frustrated a lot over stucked expense and have been mentally stressed up due to financial situation arised in this COVID situation, request your help and intervention to please have cleartrip pay the refund amount in full without further delay..
