I booked flight ticket through Cleartrip for travel on **th April **** from Kolkata to Bangalore on Indigo airline. Trip Id- *********** PNR- NETW*V Due to COVID-** situation, my ticket got cancelled. The total amount of ticket was Rs. ****, out of which Rs. **** has been refunded in my Indigo credit shell, but still Rs. **** which has been transferred to Cleartrip account has not been credited on my bank account. I have already contacted to Indigo airline, and they clearly stated that the amount has been refunded on **th March ****. Contacted with Cleartrip also but they are not replying.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
