Clear Trip - Clear trip refusing to refund

Hi,
We had booked a hotel room at golden tulip hotel Jaipur for December **rd.
At the time of check in we were informed of an additional **** per person as charges for some Christmas gala dinner.. this was never ever mentioned in the booking email and confirmation that we received from clear trip.
We need our booking amount refunded.
