Few hours back I ordered a roll from Roll er dokaan through Zomato app.Order number **********.
I have received a refund on the amount and it angered me even more.You think I complained to get my ***₹ back ? I don't care about it .
I ordered for an egg and paneer roll.
Having my trust and belief in Zomato I thought the toll would be what I ordered for.But to my surprise and utter sadness it was a chicken roll.
This is an unfair trade practice.
I am a Hindu brahmin and have never consumed any kind of meat.Because of you now I have consumed animal meat for the first time in my life.It is * am and I'm still not able to sleep.After one hour of crying about this and drinking gallons of water I'm still not able to wash this from my head or mouth.I still have that disgusting taste and I don't think I will be able to sleep tonight.I have vomited(thrown up) * times.I am not feeling well also You have hurt my religious sentiments as well as given me an animal to eat,I don't know if I can live with my self after this.After crying , contemplating and rejecting to suicide,I decided that I will file a complaint against Zomato on multiple grounds.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
