Rahul Kumar filed complaint against Colive on Aug 4, 2020
I had booked Colive from **th July, they promised I could leave after * month, and the deposit of * months will be refunded. But since, the day I checked in, i did not get any proper response from anyone, just one day, they said, notice of * month can be initiated only on *st to *rd of month, which was not mentioned anytime earlier. Then they said, you leave on **st July, pay for rest of July days, we will take July as notice period. I paid the amount and handed the keys to them on **st July. Till now it shows in the app as I am staying there. I have paid total around Rs ***** just to stay for ** days. The deposit amount of Rs ***** would be reduced with Separation & Ebill, so I am expecting somewhat Rs ***** of refund. But no proper response from Colive staff, neither from Check-out team, nor accounts team. Not responding to my calls and blocking my number.
