Make my trip - Checkin was not allowed in hotel booked using MakeMyTrip

I have booked two rooms in hotel ( "Avinash Guest House" in Arambol beach goa) using make My Trip for December ** and ** ****. I have paid the whole booking amount of Rs **** earlier itself. After arriving at the property no one was there. So i called on the given property number and the owner said the property is in renovation and it's not listed in make my trip. I was with my family and the time was night , i have called the make my trip support team for help , but they said they cannot help me and can at max give RS **** as refund for the issue. I asked them to book another hotel , but they said they can do this partial refund only and i have to find the new hotel on my own. I requested them to book atleast one room instead of the two we booked since I was new to this place and doesn't know much hotels and by that time most hotel rooms were sold out, but MakeMyTrip haven't helped. So we took another taxi and started to find new hotels in Arambol beach area in goa. Finally we found a room with **** Rupees per day rent with cost me Rs **** . And the additional taxi charge of Rs ****. The sufferings of me and my family was beyond any digits as it was night and we were new to that state. Our new year celebration turned to nighmare due to MakeMyTrip. Till now , make my trip haven't refunded the amount and they haven't given status for my complaint ticket .
