I would like to share my bad experience with #MakeMyTrip. I made a reservation (NH*************) for a hotel in Hyderabad from **th Oct **** to **th Oct ****. I paid the amount in full. When I went to the hotel to check-in, they denied the check-in as they had some issue with MakeMyTrip, It was *:** pm already. I contacted MakeMyTrip customer care and they said sorry and started resolving the issue. They said I will get a call back in ** minutes. I waited and I didn’t receive any callback, I did call them again and had to explain the issue, again and again, this continued till **:** PM, still no action from #MakeMyTrip. I contacted them via facebook and they told they are working on it. Now(when I am writing this, the time is **th Oct **:** AM), no resolution from #MakeMyTrip. Since I traveled alone, nothing bad happened other than I didn’t get a place to sleep. But If this happened to a family ?? Family with small kids?? A lady?? Just imagine how bad it could be? So how we can trust the booking applications like MakeMyTrip?

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
