BASKARA M filed complaint against OYO Rooms on May 1, 2019
The problem which I have faced by Oyo booking is that we have reached the hotel OYO ***** Varsha Boarding And Lodging, Manipal at *.** pm to visit KMC hospital Manipal. Afterwards, we have referred booking id UMNE****, which I have paid for one day for Rs ***.** ie **.**.**** to **.**.**** given by oyorooms.com to the hotel receptionist but they refused to give ** hr check out time from *.** pm to next day *.** pm.
instead of that, he has informed us to vacate the room at next day morning at **.** am on **.**.****. Thereafter we have asked them to give ** hrs *.** pm to *.** pm. Immediately he said that “ok we will give at the cost of Rs ****.**” again we have paid Rs ****.** we have stayed in the same hotel in the same room I got the benefit of ** hrs time.
Immediately, I have cancelled the Oyo booking where I am getting ** hrs from the time of booking. Next day I have asked the refund of the amount. He is telling we won’t refund the amount and he has taken Rs ***.** for cancellation charges and indirectly they are cheating the customers.
Hence I request you to kindly give justice and help to refund my amount.
