I and my family members using OLA from so many years and have spent many lakhs of rupees on Ola rides.
I booked a ride (fare payable in cash) on **th Oct **** (CRN-**********) and after the ride I paid the fare in cash to the driver. Ola also confirmed the same on email. (copy of email attached).
But, on Ola app, the amount is showing outstanding.
When I contacted to customer care at OLA then they told that OLA Driver is denying that he has not received the cash. I was surprised that why driver is saying it? I told OLA to contact me with the driver on a conference call or otherwise but OLA denied. They want to double charge me.
