I had purcahsed Realme x* pro throgh amazon in feb ****. After the expiry of warranty I tried to root the phone and it got soft bricked, but the bootloader was booting.
I contacted the authorized service center at anadamukkam in kollam district as I ama aresident of kollam district. They took the phone from me on **-**-**** and on the next day they contacted me and informed that my phone is hard bricked and it has hardware problem and I have to pay Rs ****/- for replacing the motherboard of the phone. They gave me the service center handover report on **=-**-**** after me insisting on it
I searched online and contacted a person by the name "gsm mafia" who claimed to help people like me to recover dead mobiles over the net
I paid him Rs ****/- via gpay and he repaired my hard bricked mobile using my laptop with the help of teamviewer software.
It could have been done by the service center personnel at the company stipulated charge of Rs ***/- , but they trid to cheat me by hardbricking my mobile and fool me of Rs ****/- instead of Rs ***/- for reinstalling stock OS in my mobile phone.
I had to take additional risk of some unknown person taking control of my personal laptop through teamviewer software through remote assistance.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
