I booked an airticket with indigo using Travolook website on **th June **** for an amount of Rs****/-. As soon as the payment was done, I got a call from their executive that the fare has gone up and around Rs ***/- has to be paid by me to book the tickets. I declined the offer and hence I was told that my ticket would be canceled and the refund would be received in ** days. After ** days I called the customer care and she told me that it would be ** working days. I called again and this time I was told that they had already paid to their merchant and it was returned by my Bank. This time I was given assurance of * days. Till date I haven't received any money. Its now that I checked their reviews and I got to know that there are many people have been cheated with the same modus operandi. Please help me get my money back.
