- Cheated by Sales Executive and Not Returning the Refund at All Open

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a new dental clinic set-up in the Virar East Palghar area with the Business name "Prajapati Dental Clinic and Implant Centre". One fine day, one of the sales executives Mr. Ajay Kumar Verma (Mob No: +**-**********) from Justdial came to the clinic and offered me the advertising services saying this is gonna take some small amount to start with and you can terminate anytime you want and didn't explained to me the entire process and fooled me for like about *-* hrs. He stipulated me and took ****rs. I had called him and messaged him saying not to proceed further and don't initiate the process. He ignored the call and messages and went ahead with the process and set-up the ECS from my bank account. On Feb **, ****, I got a message from my bank saying ****rs debited in accordance with ECS against Justdial. I don't want to take the services and proceed ahead at all at the moment as I don't have enough money for this. Now again on *nd March, I got a call from JD customer care saying your March ECS have been also generated and ****rs will deduct, can you please help me out with this process? On today **th March, I also got a message saying ***rs got deducted from my bank account against JustDial. They keep on deducting money from the bank account. This way I'm not sure how many end consumers are getting impacted across the several regions without giving the complete picture of services and the charges being offered. Please help me out with the money getting refunded and correct information communicated going forward. Please help!
