Makemytrip - Cheated by MakeMyTrip

I had booked return flights to Mauritius from Bangalore via Makemytrip. Attached is the ticket. The carrier from Bangalore to Mumbai was Air Mauritius and flight from Mumbai to Mauritius and back from Mauritius to Bangalore was Air Mauritius. Now here is the summary of my issue:
*. Makemytrip guys cancelled my tickets stating it is jet airways issue assuring I would get a full refund for the same!
*. While I keep waiting for the refund, I get a mail from MMT on **st May stating that I have to bear cancellation fees of ****+***/- per passenger because airlines are not giving a full refund!
*. A shocked me calls airlines directly- JET in this case because I was kept under the impression that this is all a jet cancellation issue. Jet airways people say that the e-ticket issued is of Air Mauritius and they have no responsibility for this refund.
*. I call Air Mauritius to confirm the same and they confirm it is Air Mauritius ticket! They cannot give full refund here because they did arrange alternate flights on that particular day between Bangalore to Mumbai and also the same was conveyed to all the travel agents including Makemytrip.
*. Things now become crystal clear to me that on the first instance instead of arranging an alternate between Bangalore to Mumbai (as given by air Mauritius) or even checking the feasibility of my travel from Bombay to Mauritius or giving me an alternate option or checking with Air Mauritius for possible alternates Makemytrip people cancel my ticket in haste assuming it is all jet airways while assuring me full refund!
*. Had Makemytrip been responsible I would have travelled to Mauritius and had not wasted the money of hotel bookings that I had made. The total non-refundable money that I lost in hotel bookings due to a fault of MakemyTrip is *****/-
Now I have spent more than *** + hours running back and forth for my money. Every time it takes at least * hour to connect to an agent. The agent picks up the call assures me he will get back in few hours and that never ever happens. Despite Mr Hassaan Siddique's investigation and conclusion that I will get a full refund of *****/- for my flights, MakeMyTrip is still blissfully unaware of the issue and reluctant to give my money back!
Now I will need a full refund- *****/- of cancelled flights plus *****/- that I lost for hotel bookings plus ******/- for the mental agony caused!
