I ordered the Sujata Juicer Mixer Grinder twice from Amazon. The first time they delivered the wrong item to me and the item was sent back. The second time also One of the jars is missing. I requested them to provide the missing jar but they are not ready to provide the missing jar and they are asking to return the product and get a refund. I ordered this product in the Diwali festival offers and got it at a cheaper price (****.** RS). If I agree with Amazon and return the item and re-order again I will have a loss of **** RS as the festival offers are ended.
Sujata's Current product price on Amazon is **** RS.
After ordering the product twice from Amazon, If Amazon is unable to deliver the right set of products.
For Amazon's mistake why should I bear the loss ?
I request you guys to take action on Amazon and inform them to provide the missing jar instead of doing the time pass of return/refund.
* Weeks of my time got wasted and now they are not ready to provide the missing jar and neither they are ready to pay the price difference between the current price (**** Rs) and the old price through which I ordered (****.** Rs).
