Icici Merchant Services - Charges for pos machine

I have complained the Icici merchant to disconnect my pos machine and all the services on * sept **** and to pickup the machine. Till know no one has come to pickup machine I have called customer service **+ times every time they give me another date and know they have charged me for terminal recovery rs ***** . they have told they will charge only for cancelation around **** but are charging for the whole machine I have machine in working condition and have told to pickup.and refund my Money they have given me another date.first there agent have told the machine is free for life time and no charged will be there but I have lost around ***** thousand approx from them.
