At time of booking,I chose cash payment as mode, but end of ride, I made an UPI payment for ride and amount got deducted from my account.
But still driver asked for cash as it did not showed in his account, so need to pay him cash again. Hence, I got charged twice for a ride
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
