Frauds and mistakes committed by MMT:
*. Charging * times on the credit card which should have been just once.
*. Two extra transactions are done by MMT without any permission from the customer or without OTP.
*. Did not inform the customer about these two extra transactions and choose to remain silent.
*. Security breach and misuse of credit card details.
*. Trust breach - There was no effort from MMT to even identify and resolve the issue. The customer had to find out everything by himself.
*. Causing grief to the customer, the penalty was charged from the credit card company for MMT's mistake. Faced a traumatic situation due to poor response from customer care.
*. In spite of several calls and emails, MMT chose not to respond back.
