VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR NOT RESOLVING MY INCIDENT NO IN********************
Guys I am having very bad experience on the exchange order with Flipkart. @Flipkart have charged me Rs **** for just a color faded in exchanged mobile and due to that incorrectly failed as dent in there checks.
I just want all of you to check that it was ethical charge to me or not.
Their delivery guys first pass everything in one go and then suddenly he failed the below as dent. I never thought that I will be charge Rs **** for this which is not a dent.
Due to urgency of new phone I paid extra and thought that by looking this @flipkartsupport will help. But they are not properly responding and after one week on call they are just saying sorry that we can't help.
I never thought that whom i am advocate of purchasing from Flipkart. Have a such a bad experience.
