Booked uber from Sispal Vihar, sector ** Gurgaon to Old Delhi railway station for my old parents on **/**/**** at * pm. After just * seconds the driver started the trip without picking anyone. I immediately called my parents to confirm whether they have boarded but they said there is no car. I got busy in guiding them and calling my friend to pick my parents as I was out of town. To my surprise, I was charged *** Rs without boarding even. I complained but all in vain.
