I was travelling from Bangalore to Raipur on **rd November morning via flight no *e *** bearing pnr LFI*YY. I had a small suitcase and an additional bag whose whose net weight of (both luggage) was less than **kgs. I have been a frequent traveler but since last * months from when the lockdown is in place I havent traveled. I was always allowed * pieces of luggage in all my earlier travels but this time they said that for the additional piece of luggage I have to pay rs ***. I felt I was cheated and fleeced by the airline staff. When I queried about this new and unfair charges the response was totally callous and frigid. I feel DGCA and airlines ministry govt of india has to intervene and take legitimate steps to protect customer interests and not allow any airlines to simply fleece a traveler.
