- Charged 50 by cancelling the order themselves Closed
I placed an ordered and delivery partner was requested to call me to an alternate number, instead he didn't arrive at my location and he cancelled my order and I've been charged **% of my total fees..The executive says I was not available at my registered mobile number but I had left an alternate number at Add delivery instructions option. He says the system doesn't show any such record where the number was mentioned..this is ridiculous
