I have bought a celling fan from orient company with * year warranty on * may ****. After * month it making noise over and over..so i called company costomer care .then they sent a technician to check and repair but technician said it is not noise in fan .but fan making noise ... Technician dont want take serious and not repair this...after this i called * or * times to company but always campany sent techncian even after ** or ** days .he came and saud there no noise.. so i am veri touecherd by orient company and make fraud with me...i request you to concern my problem and give me justice by replace or repair my fan....thank you
