Nidhi Tulsi filed complaint against Orient Electric on May 21, 2019
I ordered * White Aero Slim fan from Orient Electric company website on **th April. The estimated delivery date was the **th of April. First, my delivery was delayed and received on **th April. Out of * fans, one of the fans sent was white marble which is not the same what I ordered. Since **th April, I am calling and sending an email for replacement or refund. There is no proper response from Orient Electric and finally, on **th April someone by name Rahul from Orient confirmed my refund will be done by **th April and I can go ahead and buy a similar product from elsewhere. My refund is not done even today morning i.e. **st April and Rahul is not responding to my calls and emails. It's mental torture for me to chase for update and status from ** days and live without a fan in my new house. They are playing a blame game with the outsourced logistics company but as a customer, I don't care about who you have outsourced or your process. The thing matter to me is ** days and for Orient own mistake I am suffering mentally. Attaching email trail sent to Orient Electric even senior authorities and no response.
