Purchased * fans on Orient official website on *rd Oct. * is not working. Made multiple calls to cust care and no one has ever come to fix. Technicians also dont seem to know how to fix them as they call me and then tell me they are waiting for instructions from the company as these are new fans.
Been trying to escalate through mails and Instagram, but get the same automated response saying they will look into it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
