Mohammad Tarif filed complaint against OYO Rooms on May 2, 2019
Booking Id:- VILF**** At the time of booking there was an offer going on the OYO App. The offer (Screenshot attached) was if I pay the full amount through UPI I will get ₹*** cashback within **th April **** to my linked bank account. But today is *nd May and didn't receive my cashback. They are not replying to me on their Twitter support page. Whenever I am calling them they are saying to hold and then no one is helping. Very unprofessional service.
