I purchased this one shoes from Paytm (Order ID ********** ) (price-****). I was supposed to receive a unique promo code for ₹**** cash back on electricity bill payment. I did receive the code but when I'm applying the promo code, it says promo code is already used.
I brought this to the attention of the Paytm care on June *, ****. They assured help but didn't provide a valid promo code to this date.I've mailed and called them so many times and always got the same response," we're already working on your issue, please be patient. "
