Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt Ltd - Car Servicing not done in time

Respected Sir,
I delivered my Volkswagen Polo car to AppleAuto, Whitefield, Bangalore for servicing including spare part change on the **th of May, ****.
For reasons unknown to me or not explained to me, they have been delaying delivery of the car. Even today, the **th June, ****, I have not received and nor the manufacturer or the dealer is committing any delivery date. In the absence of the car, I have been spending a huge amount on taxis and other mode of travels. My repeated pleas to the car manufacturer and dealer have not yielded any responsible action and therefore this request to you. Their email ids are: customer.care@volkswagen.co.in & service@vw-appleauto.co.in
The dealer and the manufacturer are least bothered about the matter, and it is only when I call them they respond and at times that too in a humiliating manner.
