Summary
On **st May **** my car (Vehicle no TS**ES****) was damaged due to the heavy rains as the water entered in my car. On *st June ****, Renault Road Side assistance picked my car and delivered to Renault PPS Madhapur service center (Plot Number ** to **, Survey No **, Parvath Nagar, Ayappa Housing Society, Madhapur, Telangana ******).
After lot of follow ups, multiple complaints to Renault Team and false commitments my car was delivered to me on **th of august **** after ** days (*.* months). However, I was shocked to see that the car was still not fully repaired or serviced. Multiple issues were detected including but not limited to battery malfunction, display not working, Fuel meter/ gauge not pointing correctly, etc etc.
The car was taken back again by the service centre on **nd august **** and today is **st august **** still they are not confirming when I will get my car in fully working condition at free of cost by mail.
Brief Facts about the case
*. It was agreed by the Renault team and service centre that any issues in my car will be fixed free of cost if detected after delivery of the car. For this purpose, I have sent them multiple emails asking to confirm the total repair cost initially and date of delivery at the same time I had clearly written to them in multiple emails that any major difference in the cost will not be bear by me if any issue found in the vehicle to repair later on.
*. I have raised multiple complaints to Renault, but I did not got call back from their complaint management team as they call from random landline unknown numbers which usually are considered as junk.
*. Every time I have copied the emails to their CRM, GM, their service-head of Madhapur branch and Renault customer care team but unfortunately, I get a failure message to the emails sent to service head and GM as their emails are on Renault-india.com domain whose server is configured in a manner as not to receive any external emails.
*. Renault has fired or changed their service centre team at Madhapur including their CRM , Bodyshop manager , service head etc etc but that is more frustrating as the people are new and their CRM (customer Relationship manager) is unwilling to take the responsibility.
*. I have never ever got a proper point to point (one on one) answer from the Renault Service Centre at Madhapur for any of the emails I have sent to them. I have at least sent **- ** emails since the last * months, and I have got replied only for * or * of them and that too is not proper response.
*. The following are the complaint no’s that has been registered by phone or email against Madhapur service centre people.

Hence based on all the mention points it is clear that I have to go through a lot of mental stress and waste of time in the follow ups during the last three months and all because of their unprofessional work ethics.

Relief and Prayer
Although Renault has fired or transfer their staff but that does not solve customer problem. At the end of the day, it's customer who has to suffer. Today is **st august (* months gone) and still they are not clear when they can repair or deliver my car as they have to bear the cost for which they are making excuses. Hence, I want to send them the legal notice and give them ** days’ time to deliver my car in a fully working condition free of cost or else they have to compensate me or replace my car with a new one at free of cost.
