Hello Team,
This is with respect to our KIA Carnival Vehicle Reg. No. MH**SQ**** .
I am writing to bring to your attention the engine failure that I have been experiencing with my vehicle which is
under warranty for replacement at KIA Mumbai Service Center. KAVISH AUTOMOBILES PVT Ltd at Sewri.
I had previously lodged a complaint with the company about the issue with the customer service department regarding trauma
faced by us and it's *+ Months we are bearing without a vehicle, but unfortunately, the complaint was closed
forcefully saying that without the complaint being closed engine replacement cannot go ahead. I was told all
issues would be addressed after the complaint is closed.
During my previous complaint, we felt the dealer and company representatives were not genuinely interested in solving my problem.
Instead, they seemed to be more concerned about closing the complaint quickly without finding a solution. I felt
forced into accepting the closure of the complaint, even though I was not satisfied with the resolution. They
should not have closed my Previous complaint.
Post Enginer and Assembly replacement by Company, Who will bear all service costs due to the
new engine? What about its future warranty and services? In fact, my * Months' insurance money
and time have been wasted just because the company cannot replace their faulty engine
immediately due to unavailability In India. Why should customers suffer from issues of company
unavailability of Engine in Spare? The Vehicle History on record will show the Engine's Failure
and this would also affect my Sale Proceed due to the Major Engine Failure issue.
I am disappointed that my complaint was not taken seriously and that all my issues have not been addressed.
As a loyal customer of your company, I believe that I deserve better service and a resolution to this problem for
such a Premium Car of ** Lakhs.

We kept on following for the above concern and still our car is with dealer and there in no updates on concerns.
