My ticket was cancelled on May and refund was processed on *th May **** but amount has not been credited to my account yet. I have complained IRCTC more then *** times and also sent mail more then *** even i have sent bank written letter as i was asked by IRCTC still my problem has not been resolved yet even customer care was telling me to file a case and go to the consumer court
