- Refund of money for Failed Wallet Transaction Closed

Hi Sir/Madam,I have contacted IRCTC many times, regarding this, Please provide a solution tleast this time.
I have done a wallet deposit transaction into my IRCTC account on **th November **** for **** rs and it got failed as per the IRCTC wallet transaction details and amount got debited from my bank account and it didnt got refunded into my SBI bank account. When checked with SBI, They mentioned that the amount is already successful to IRCTC and IRCTC needs to initiate the refund.
Please help in getting refunding the same and find the attached screenshot showing the transaction details from IRCTC Portal and SBI confirmation that the money is debited from my SBI account

Please let me know when it will be refunded as it is almost * months ago
