I cancelled my booked train ticket on *st August.(PNR no - **********) .But I haven't received the refund amount yet.I raised so many complaint. Till date they haven't done anything on that. Complaint Ticket Id:-*******
I called IRCTC customer care and talked to senior executive , he told me that my payment got stuck at gateway which they would resolved soon. But nothing happened. Every time when i call i get the same response that i have to wait for some more days. Now it has been almost * months.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
