I ordered food from restaurant Kings of wings via the swiggy app on **th of April **** at **:** pm. After half an hour when there was a delivery executive was assigned to my order I then asked for help from swiggy chat. During the process, they told me that a delivery executive assigned to my order. I kept waiting for him to deliver my food. At near **:** pm they called me and said that they will not deliver my food as the restaurant is closed at **:** pm. I didn't receive my food they cancelled my order. I had to stay hungry and they marked that order delivered in the app delivery history while they didn't deliver it.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
