i have made booking on **-May-**** for indigo (chandigarh to hyderabad - * hours flight) roundtrip (hyderbad to chandigarh -* july)with the booking id NF************* from makemytrip . the company cancelled the booking and made alternate booking without even informing or asking of different flight roundtrip for air vistara (chandigarh to hyderabad ** hours flight)and indigo (which is the same flight i booked from hyderabad to chandigarh * july)with Booking ID NF*************. And within no second i called their customer care first they were not ready to accept that the new booking of air vistara was made from the companys end on pressurizing them they forwarded the request and said their concerned team will contact in ** hours . i didnt recieved any call until * days . Afterwards their representative is saying that you made the booking but when i ask them regarding my original booking they are saying contact airlines because due to unavailability of seats it got cancelled . when i asked them why the status is not failed if the secnario is the same as they are telling as the flight status can be cancelled only after it is confirmed . But their representative is not listening just imposing their facts on me. I want the full refund of the amount. Also for the booking id NF************* they refunded amount *****INR but when i track the refund the amount recieved is **** INR that also in mmt wallet , as per their policy that was mentioned by one of their representative for my past booking the amount is refunded into the mode of payment i.e my bank account but i didnt recieved it there . Moreover the full amount is not refunded. Screenshots of both the bookings and refund status is attached.
